LA station KDOC had the best worst New Year’s Eve broadcast ever

[youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iCjZuj3NmR4&w=640&h=480]A seemingly very high Macy Gray, Bone Thugs N Harmony, chunky Jamie Kennedy, and overwhelming incompetence in the field of broadcasting make the New Year’s Eve special from Los Angeles independent station KDOC a monumental sight to behold.

The broadcast was first brought to the public’s attention after comedian Patton Oswalt tweeted a request for the video, saying it left him “speechless.” Fortunately, Twitter user @ShaunBroyls caught it on his DVR, tweeting that he “knew it was something special while watching.”

Between the soulful mutterings of Macy Gray and the effortless hosting — as in literally consisting of no effort at all — there’s no reason to believe this shouldn’t replace Ryan Seacrest next year. (via Grantland)
