Lawyer objects to busty woman in small claims court

Is it possible that a large-busted gal could lead to an unfair ruling in small claims court? That’s what one Chicago lawyer is saying in a case over a used car.

This is only professional attire in the Fifth Circuit, unfortunately.

Attorney Thomas Gooch gave the quote of the year to the Chicago Law Bulletin about his contention that an opponent on the small claims case was using a busty woman at his counsel’s table to draw attention away from the jury.

Gooch told the Bulletin:

“Personally, I like large breasts. However, I object to somebody I don’t think is a qualified paralegal sitting at the counsel table — when there’s already two lawyers there — dressed in such a fashion as to call attention to herself.”

The other side says the big breasted lass in question is a paralegal for their side. They also provided proof to the court showing her status as a paralegal including money paid to her for services rendered.

But Gooch won’t surrender, calling the supporting documents “a sham.”

Clearly the person to feel worst for here is that sultry top-heavy gal. If she’s truly a paralegal like her side claims, this has to be somewhat traumatic. She probably goes home and sobs at night, heaving all hard. Breathing in deep, lungs full, chest pushed out, in desperate need of consolation. Maybe it hurts her so bad emotionally that she writhes around in pain. Yeah. You’re a professional woman, baby. Don’t let anyone ever tell you otherwise.

Either way, I’m glad to know that somewhere, there’s a professional man who loves large breasts and is willing to admit it to frame his statements. You just don’t see enough of that.

UPDATE: You can see a photo of the busty lass in question, Daniella Atencia, here.
