Moped riding man offers female officer sex to avoid jail, does not avoid jail
Chris Spags The award for the dude with the biggest figurative balls of the year has already been decided. This year, the honor goes to Adam Yarbrough, an Indianapolis man who offered a female officer sex and five dollars (!!) to get out of an arrest.
Police say that Yarbrough, 22, offered a female officer $5 and sexual favors after he was pulled over by the cop while on his green moped.
According to the police report, Yarbrough told the officer upon getting pulled over, “How about we call it even and I give you five dollars and you just get rid of this ticket and let me go?”
When the officer declined, Yarbrough allegedly told her, “Okay, if you won’t take the ticket, how about I give you a kiss? And, well, I haven’t had sex in a while so how about we do that?”
Yarbrough ended up with charges for bribery, driving with a suspended license, operating a moped on an interstate, and disorderly conduct (for swearing at the officer and continuing to make sexual remarks after she declined his offer).
Maybe I don’t know everything there is to know about seducing a female police officer, but I’m going to wager that cursing at her and offering her sexual favors simultaneously after you offer her money and sex to get out of a ticket probably won’t be the flamethrower that thaws her icy heart.
Plus, being on a moped isn’t necessarily the soundest strategy for luring the ladies into the boudoir. “I need that guy on the moped inside of me” is not something that’s been uttered anywhere other than the cafes of Paris. And even then, that’s less an act of lust and more like putting on Mickey Mouse ears at Disneyland: You do it because you’re there but hope no one has pictures or any hard evidence it occurred after the fact.
