I’m not some big time gym bro who’s all like “YEAH IF YOU’RE NOT DEADLIFTING 500 POUNDS, YOU SUCK BRAH.” But this Russian guy’s workout proves that, in fact, not all Russians are made like Dolph Lundgren’s Ivan Drago in Rocky IV.

Not gonna lie…the editing here makes him look good. Like he was the uncrowned Russian champion who Drago kept ducking during his run to international stardom. Let’s go with that narrative.
