School board president accused of fondling himself during meeting

There is a lot of pressure involved in being the head of a school board. But how might one cope with that stress? Well, if we’re to take a page out of Otis Mathis’s book, you might believe that it’s totally understandable if you want to fondle yourself during a meeting with the schools superintendent.

Mathis said in a statement that he regretted his actions, but said he would like to “pursue treatment” for his problems, saying he “want[s] to make sure what happened doesn’t ever happen again.”

While the school board would like to move on without Mathis, who tendered a resignation, then attempted to rescind it, some in the community think he’s not so bad. Reverend David Murray told the Detroit Free Press:

“He’s a young man; maybe he didn’t know it was offensive to her [ED. NOTE: Mathis is 55 years old. If he didn't know spanking it in a meeting was inappropriate at 55, there may have been a wrong turn somewhere along the way.]. It’s not something I would do. He’s a young man. That’s just the way it is.”

The board is expected to try to hold Mathis to his initial resignation.

One thing that always bugs me about the mainstream media’s coverage of this (and I really like the Detroit Free Press as a paper) is how they have to talk in code about anything. We can assume what “inappropriate actions” are and odds are that it’s fapping. But how do we know for sure? It’s entirely plausible that Mathis pulled his genitals out and banged a gavel on them. That’s still inappropriate, certainly enough to want him out of his job. I guess my point is that I really would like to see more vivid descriptions of men masturbating in the news. Get on it, liberal media.
