“Simpsons” porn gets middle school teacher arrested
Chris Spags Some countries, such as Australia, have very strict laws about pornography. The US, generally speaking, is a bit more liberal. But maybe not as liberal as you think since one Idaho teacher is facing ten years in prison for downloading pornographic images of characters from “The Simpsons.”
Steven Kutzner, a 33-year-old former school teacher, plead guilty to charges of possession of visual representations of child sex abuse.
The US Attorney’s Office said that Kutzner had over 70 pornographic images on his computer, many of which featured images of child characters from “The Simpsons.”
Kutzner had been a middle school teacher in Idaho when the charges were brought against him. He resigned on his own accord when officials came to his home with a search warrant.
Kutzner faces up to ten years in prison and maximum $250,000 fine.
