The hilariously saddest letter from camp ever
Chris Spags I never went to camp as a kid so I’m unfamiliar with the trials and tribulations of a child at sleepaway camp (other than those I learned from the documentary “Salute Your Shorts”). Fortunately, now I know, thanks to this hilarious message from a kid named Josh and his letter to his mom from the book “PS I Hate It Here.”
I hope there’s no correlation between Josh’s usage of the word “eggs” and his p-nus rash. Kids do a lot of cruel things, but giving another kid a p-nus rash just because he says “eggs” too often or in a silly way seems unwarranted.
Either way, here’s hoping Josh’s time away at camp improved. If you’re in your first week and you already have dong rash and kids hate you, I can’t imagine how much worse it can get. A tree reenacting the scene from “Evil Dead” would be a start.
