The world’s longest ice block shot record has been set (w/ video)
Chris Spags It’s the day after St. Patrick’s Day so, naturally, I have no interest in even thinking about alcohol. But for you, I present this video and these images from a Guinness World Record-setting ice block shot (or ice luge if you’re fancy). A company named Wicked Audio oversaw the event that involved creating from scratch the world’s longest ice luge and an accompanying ice bar.
Pretty impressive feat.
I never totally understood the concept of the ice luge, though. In college, every major frat party would have them and, while I get it looks really cool visually, it’s not going to necessarily going to get you any drunker. But I guess if it picks up enough speed, it’d be like getting drunk and taking a money shot from Superman at the same time. Just like we’ve all always dreamed of.
