VIDEO: An event called the “Slut Walk” seems very good for women

A Toronto police official recently responded to rises in sexual assault crimes by saying that if women want to avoid being raped, they should, and I quote, “avoid dressing like sluts.” So the lasses at Toronto’s York University went all counterintuitive on his ass and dressed in trampy outfits to protest his comments. The event is called “The Slut Walk”.
Police said that over 3,000 people turned out for the protest. The massive outcry against the official, constable Michael Sanguinetti, has led higher ups in the Toronto police to say there will be repercussions for his comments.
Good for these women. Any time a lady’s solution to a disagreement is defiantly taking off clothes like a petulant child forced to dress up for Sunday School, I’m on board. Plus, that’s just a lazy and insensitive excuse by the cops. Just because a woman dressed sexily doesn’t mean you can blame her for the deviancy of others. That’s like blaming a midget for being kicked across the street like a football every time they’re near two parallel telephone poles, only way less hilarious.
