VIDEO: Guilty dog has a hard time hiding his guilt over eating cat treats
Chris Spags This video recounts a dog owner’s search for the culprit in a case in which he found a bag of cat treats gnawed through. The search yields two suspects but one of the dogs, named Denver, is unable to hide her guilt.
Okay so this video is cute and all (and note that Denver isn’t doing anything aggressive with her teeth; in this case, her smiling is a sign of submission), but I need to point out that I find pet videos way less cute when a human talks over it the entire time. Let’s get this straight, humans out there: The animals are the star of the show. The less you talk, the better your viral video is.
And then it’s 1000 times worse when it’s a guy with a Southern accent. Perhaps this is my northerner bias, but whenever I hear a guy with a Southern accent in a viral Web video, I’m ashamed for them. Southern men are supposed to be ass kickers and cow herders and occasional drunks and spousal abusers…not aspiring YouTube partners. Female Southern accent (when not accompanied by heft and budding diabetes): A+. Male Southern accents: C-.
