VIDEO: Guy in “Batman beatdown on Vegas strip” video blames his cape
Chris Spags Last week we showed you the embarrassing beatdown laid upon a guy dressed up like Batman on the Las Vegas strip. This week, Fox News’s “America Live” caught up with the man dressed like Batman in the video for his side. And he says that not only does he have two black belts, but that it was the cape’s fault the fight ended like it did.
Seems legit to me. A true martial artist should only use his powers when in real danger and, apparently, danger does not include some vato wailing upon you violently not only damaging you physically, but also shattering everything that all the onlookers know and love about Batman. He was probably just waiting for the guy to pull a knife or a gun or an oversized mallet. Then all sorts of kung fu and jeet kune do would have been unleashed. He was not the hero we deserved, but the one we needed.
