The guy filming this is definitely a creep..you know how some guys have a voice that just says, “Yeah, I’m jacking to this later”? He definitely falls under that umbrella [UPDATE: It's Joey Boots of Howard Stern Show fame so, yeah, just a bit of a creep]. But at the same time, if I’m prancing about in a highly trafficked public place with my ass hanging out, the odds seem high that my privacy may not be honored.
