I’m totally in favor of competition and pushing the human body to the limit. But this video of a powerlifter trying to bench 800 pounds only for his arm to snap is a pretty good reason to never think that way ever again.
Well I guess this guy learned an important lesson. That lesson? Don’t let your forearm snap when lifting an amount of weight equivalent to one of those douchey two person Cube cars.
Seems like a big opportunity for the Got Milk? people to capitalize on. Maybe if this guy had gotten a little more bone strengthening beverage consumption in, his bone wouldn’t have snapped like a Slim Jim in the hands of “Macho Man” Randy Savage.
