VIDEO: London rioters help up injured kid just to rob him again
Chris Spags The London riots are winding down after two days of violence resulting in countless damage (and 3,000 less cops than the Royal Wedding). And in this clip, you get to witness the joy of humanity when a group of looters help up an injured guy…just to rob him again.
The YouTube uploader on this one called the actions “evil”. To me, that seems like a bit of a stretch. I mean these are certainly not the actions of a group of awesome guys, but did you really expect anything better from people roaming the city in groups creating violence and stealing things in some tangentially correlated situation to police wrongfully shooting a citizen? Dudes in track pants looking for TVs are hardly Robin Hood’s band of merry men.
But anyway, evil would be if they helped the dude up, stole his stuff, then knocked him back down and twirled their mustaches. Maybe peed into his open wound. That’s evil. Just helping him up and robbing him in exchange…that’s just a simple economic equation. These guys definitely have a AAA rating from Standard and Poor’s.
