VIDEO: “The News According to Snooki” might be the worst video production ever

Usually it takes years and years of obscurity before someone clings to their fame like this. But in this video, you’ll witness the real Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi from Jersey Shore doing a video newscast of the top news stories according to her. It’s not good.

The show was filmed for Aol teen-focused site Cambio and it’s unclear if it’ll be a recurring feature at this time.

I certainly get that Aol is trying to use celebrities in different ways in order to increase their viewership, but is there any time in which letting someone with no discernible talent go up there and ramble incoherently for five minutes with nothing interesting to say ever a good business move? I don’t see Brian Williams blowing random men after two vodka sodas, so she probably should avoid encroaching on his turf. Williams is known to dole out a Columbian necktie or two to those who cross him.
