Chris Spags Hit and runs have always seemed like a bit of a scumbaggy crime to me. But, at the very least, it seems like an easy crime; you’re in a car, you drive away…done. The person in this video has somehow managed to make the most incompetent hit and run you could possibly imagine.
I’m going to go out on a limb and guess the driver (whom I believe is a male) may have been under the influence of alcohol. Or the influence of ability to use chopsticks and have a fear of Godzilla.
