VIDEO: This Corgi refuses to walk, knows what’s up

I have a puppy who’s not a Welsh Corgi and every day I look myself in the mirror and go, “WHYYYY?!?!?” And videos like this are the reason why. Dogs trolling you and continuing to look adorable while doing so are just fantastic and that’s the case with this Welsh Corgi named Milton who doesn’t seem to want to go for a walk.

I really respect Milton’s work here. He’s like a dog version of Rosa Parks. Only Rosa Parks probably wasn’t a fan when you picked up her poop and scratched her behind the ear. Unless I’ve just been reading the wrong historical accounts of her life.
