VIDEO: This gentleman may be abusing a substance of some sort

I’m not sure of the background of this video, though YouTube commenters speculate that the man is on PCP. But either way, if you want to see a man completely f’d up out of his gourd beached on the floor then rolling around the streets, well, today is your lucky day.

I just hope he got back safely to his job as a successful entrepreneur or a pediatrician after this. Because if there’s one thing I know from this video, it’s that this dude is contributing a whole lot to society.
