Chris Spags You shuck a coconut right? That’s how it works? I’m missing my coconut glossary right now. Anyway, in this clip from a German show, some islander-looking guy shucks the husks off coconuts with his teeth and it’s just damned impressive to watch.
In the annals of hideously unimportant skills, that has to rank pretty high up there. Not only does it not really get you any closer to eating the coconut (there’s still the matter of the shell needing to be broken), it also is the least sensual thing a human being can do. It’s like being the mohel for an ogre.
