VIDEO: WGN anchors freak out after missing live bridge implosion
Chris Spags WGN in Chicago was trying to get a live shot of a bridge imploding. The implosion took longer than they’d hoped, so they cut to an in-studio shot of the weatherman. But then the bridge imploded, off-camera. They were not happy.
I think it’s kind of funny how they’re reacting as though they lost out on the video of a lifetime. It’s a bridge exploding, not footage of who really assassinated JFK.
That said, that thing sure did blow up! Yee haw.
