Chris Spags 1950s women, it’s time to step your game up. If this supercut of 1950s coffee commercials is any indication, you ladies have been slacking on your brewmanship for too long.
Sure the commercials are just a tad misogynist and the guys are obviously dicks, but can you blame them? That coffee was shit and those Betty Draper ancestors knew it as soon as they were confronted about it. Maybe next time these women will probably tamp the beans or sprinkle a little cinnamon in there to get that coffee.
Or, perhaps, they’ll become the next President of the United States. Or get belted after one of the borderline-abusive husbands has too much whiskey. The world is your oyster, commercial actresses from 60 years ago!
