Woman robbed during the Worst One Night Stand Ever

The world of sex with a stranger can be exciting, terrifying, and occasionally burning. But throughout the annals of one night stands, this one has to be pretty high on the list of awful: A woman brought home a man to her NYC apartment for some loving. Small problem…during the act, her new lover pulled out a knife and stole her BlackBerry and cash. Womp womp.

A knife-wielding thug robbed a stranger during a quickie sexual encounter in the victim’s Hell’s Kitchen apartment, police sources said yesterday.

The 34-year-old victim and the assailant, in his 30s, were engaged in sex in the apartment on West 43rd Street near Ninth Avenue at 7:15 p.m. Sunday, cops said.

Suddenly, the assailant pulled a knife and robbed the victim of a BlackBerry and $40.

It’s kind of empowering (in an admittedly twisted way) that in this crime, for once, a man was the one conning a woman. Usually, movies and TV show the woman deceiving an all-too-dumb man into giving up his money, handcuffing him to the bed before boneage, and disappearing, leaving behind a broken heart and the inescapable feeling that the man was quite the silly goose.

It’s still a pretty brutal crime though. It’s bad enough to get robbed in your own apartment and even worse to get robbed by a guy who you wanted to have sex with. But to rob the poor girl DURING sex? That’s just cruel. Not only does she have to live with the vulnerability of knowing she let a man into her home and slept with him who might have killed her, she also was undoubtedly unable to get her rocks off. It’s like premature ejaculation, only with post-traumatic stress disorder and a police report in the place of a surplus of paper towels and apologies.

Is this the worst during-consensual-sex-related crime ever though? I’m not sure…this horrible threesome and this “worst threesome ever” are pretty tough to beat.
