I’m all for hiring people with very specific talents. But this strip club seeking talent for its adult entertainment establishment might be approaching things the wrong way.

Strip clubs need ugly strippers, I know that; you can’t appreciate a fine New York strip steak without eating a few hamburgers with ecoli, love handles, and three kids. But what self-respecting woman is going to be like, “Hey, I’m here for the stripping position.” “The attractive one?” “Oh, of course not, look at me, I’m a mess! No no, ugly one please.” Yes, perhaps I am taking a leap of faith saying that any stripper would be self-respecting, but they get naked for money, you should probably be nice to them. Or continue being mean to them but give them money. Same result either way. It’s cool though, you’re empowering them. And cocaine.
