Bowser is beer for your dog
Does your dog stare at you jealously while you sit on the couch drinking beer? I’m sure you’ve been tempted to bring over Bo Schembarkler’s bowl and give him a little taste of the High Life. Well, now you can do so without risking cleaning up dog vomit the rest of the day!
That’s right folks; someone decided to make a beer for man’s best friend!
What’s in Bowser Beer?
USDA beef or chicken.
Malt barley (full of B-vitamins) –just like in your beer.
Glucosamine for joint health. What’s NOT in Bowser Beer:
Alcohol or carbonation.
Hops, which can be toxic to dogs.
So basically it’s not beer at all. No hops and no alcohol? Why bother? You might as well just give your canine companion an MGD 64. I’m all for novelty products though so if I see it I’ll definitely buy it. That way I can force the dog to be a (non)alcoholic so he can’t judge me when I come home wasted and pass out on the floor. I’ve seen the looks he gives me.
I’m sure you are all dying to know how it tastes. Because there isn’t a chance in hell that I’ll be trying it, I found this random guy on YouTube to answer that for you.
That went just about as I expected. As it turns out, beverages made of beef or chicken don’t taste very good. Then again, I’ll bet that Beggin’ Strips don’t really taste like bacon, and dogs seem to love those, so I’ll let Bo judge for himself.
