Celebrity mugshots get all the spotlight, no one has a better shot to challenge the throne than a Floridiot. Kelsey Smith may have just taken the title for best picture of 2012.

Smith was just taking a leisurely drunk drive though Florida when he decided an intersection was the perfect place to stop indefinitely. Two pesky cops demanded he exit the vehicle, and when you refused their absurd demands, they tazed him, bro. As you might imagine, this upset the upstanding gentleman so he did what any of us would have done. He smashed his face and spit blood at the cops.

This glorious mugshot is the result of that perfectly reasonable adventure. Move over Nick Nolte, it’s Kelsey Smith’s time.
