Need a job? Look no further than Dogfish Head Brewery. Who wouldn’t want to follow in P. Tear Gryphon’s footsteps and work in their favorite brewery?

There are a few things not mentioned in the video that I remember Sam Calagione saying during a small-business panel discussion. All of the employees, from the dishwasher in the pub to the master brewer, are all part of the same bonus program. They all have health insurance too. Beyond the fiscal benefits, there’s the feel good stuff. The beer they mention in the video? Everyone gets a free case with each paycheck. And all employees are encouraged to stop, have a beer together, and play bocce ball at 4:30 on Fridays. I don’t know about you, but that sounds better than most office gigs.
