For anyone that wants to try their hand in brewing beer, you might want to start with this Coffee and Donut Stout from Brooklyn Brewery. I have their Chocolate Maple Porter beer kit, but have yet to put it to use. It certainly looks good in the box on my floord though. Mine came with Brooklyn Brewshops’ Beer Making Book, which is not only a great intro to home brewing, but also contains 52 different beer recipes for those who already know what they’re doing.
