Guyism favorite Dogfish Head Brewery has been expanding production lately, and to do that they need more capacity. To solve the problem they’ve installed ten new 600-barrel fermenters, and made a time-lapse so you can watch.

I’ve posted a picture of the new feremters being delivered in a “This Week in Booze” post, but seeing a still image of a hunk of metal on a truck pales in comparison to this. Seeing the crane and cherry picker in action really give you the sense of scale that a photo lacks. Is it just me, or would anyone else love to go swimming in one of those things?
