No server wants to spill a drink on someone, but it’s even worse when that particular someone is incredibly important. That’s what happened when a waiter accidentally spilled beer on German Chancellor Angela Merkel.



This is a double whammy. First, you shouldn’t be wasting beer like that. I’m sure bros everywhere were lunging at their screens to try to prevent the unnecessary loss of a couple frat sodas. In cases like this, instincts just take over. I know I foolishly tried to help save the 22 steins of beer that shattered as a result of an arrogant attempt at a world record.

Then there’s the fact that you just spilled a sixer on the back of the German government. I’m not sure if he recalls, but Germany has killed for less. What appears to be her taking things in stride is actually her day dreaming about the way in which she plans to end his life.
