Dressing for the early Fall

Gabe Alonso Style Editor

It’s finally that time of year when Mother Nature is more confused than ever. It’s hot, it’s cold, it’s hot, it’s cold. Typical woman, am I right? This poses a unique problem for us. We’re all about the no frills dressing, but when you need to prepare for all types of climates it can get tricky. You’ll have to buckle down and settle for a little layering action. Frankly, that’s why I love the Fall. It allows you to add a bit more texture, a bit more life to your daily outfits. Don’t let the heat/cold beat you. I’ve got a few options that will allow you to be comfortable no matter the temperature in the early Fall.

Each look is anchored with the same, unstructured navy blazer. If you’re going to spend money on a good, versatile blazer, may as well use it often right? You can wear the pieces all at once or in varying combinations. Note that there are some pieces that repeat throughout the outfits. The key to a versatile closet is having pieces you can wear more than once. Check them out below and sound off in the comments.
