    Don't forget that people can be fickle, especially when communicating over the Internet. That semi-anonymity lends to a hell of a lot more rude behavior than would ever fly offline. So, if you get someone who makes plans with you and then doesn't follow through, don't sweat it. Just remember that they aren't the type of person you'd want to spend your valuable time with anyhow and they helped you dodge a bullet... with the bullet being them.

So in other words, don't start your conversation off by offering her a ride to your place for a movie. *Shaking my head*. Yep, that stuff really does happen.
