I’m going to spare you some of the contest gimmickry about a French “producer/director/actor/tennis player/chess master/ backgammon champion/waterskiing pioneer and full time bon-vivant” named Jacques d’Azur. Just note that this is a phenomenal chance to get a trip to one of the coolest cities on Earth that any man would kill for (the ladies at Cannes are known for their noteworthy, um, packaging and skillsets) during one of the hottest film festivals known to man, all paid for by one of my go-to beers at bars across the US.
