Krispy Kreme has been on the comeback trail lately, and they’ve managed to hit their impressive 75th anniversary. To celebrate, they’re showing you exactly how their little slices of heaven are made.

If you need to change your pants after watching that, I understand. Icing the face of those donuts was too much for anyone to bear. Take a minute, and get your shit together. Krispy Kreme donuts really are a slice of heaven. It’s not just because they are delicious, but they will also knock at least a few years of your life. Sure, the normal donut is only 220 calories and and 13 grams of fat while a blueberry muffin from Starsucks is 370/14. The problem is that the serving size is about a dozen. You and I both know that just eating one isn’t an option.
