Idiotic Oprah fans send Opera software company piles of email

Oprah Winfrey retired* today.

*She really “pulled a Favre,” because as I understand it, she’s basically leaving “free” television and going to a cable network she owns where she’ll keep doing whatever she’s doing right now.

Since everyone has some sort of cable tier these days, it’ll probably be a situation where millions of husbands are required to pay $5.99 a month to take care of wives who want to see Oprah every day.

BUT I DIGRESS: as it turns out, some of Oprah’s fans are stupid. And they’ve apparently been sending Opera, makers of a browser for computers, lots of email over the year.

The best part, however, is that Opera’s been responding to these emails!

And in honor of Oprah’s retirement*, they’ve busted out their best ones. It’s worth checking out the whole list; my fave is above.
