Admit it, a lot of you having been waiting quite a few months for the foul mouthed, egomaniacal pitcher to make his triumphant return to the mound on HBO. It’s only a few weeks away and here is a preview of what the second season will look like down Mexico way.
“Sure, I’ve been called a xenophobe, but the truth is, I’m not. I honestly just feel that America is the best country and the other countries aren’t as good. That used to be called patriotism.”
I didn’t think they could find a funnier setting for Kenny Powers until I heard the new season was going to be in Mexico. Kenny Powers with cornrows, fighting cocks and pounding all the tequila he can drink would seem to leave the doors of possibility on this season wide open.
