In fact, we often see gorgeous women and don't notice the not-so-nice looking ones, so much so that it seems like there are a ton more hotties in the world than there are in reality. So when we see the guy get the girl in a movie or notice a cluster of hot friends at a bar, some men may think they are owed someone like that as well. No one owes us anything, not the world and not a random good-looking woman. Going into a "pick up" or a date with a thinly-veiled bitter, arrogant sense of entitlement is never a good strategy.
