Meet Kacy Catanzaro, the 5′ tall powerhouse who recently became the first woman in history to qualify for Mt. Midoriyama after completing the ‘American Ninja Warrior’ Dallas. Kacy Catanzaro qualified in a time of 5:26.18, finishing 21st out of 30 qualifiers.

The sixth season of ‘American Ninja Warrior’ was highlighted by many inspiring firsts, including the first ever amputee competitor, Stephen France, who competed in Miami with a prosthetic limb. But it is Kacy Catanzaro, the first woman to qualify for for Mt. Midoriyama that will inspire you.

As you can see from her qualification video above, Kacy Catanzaro proves that sometimes the biggest things come in the tiniest of packages. Kacy Catanzaro absolutely BEASTED that course in a way that I’d never come close to, but after seeing her power through I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t at least somewhat interested in training for it myself.
