In perhaps one of the funniest fan obsessed stories we’ve ever seen, a 97-year old Brewers fan called 911 because he could not find the remote to watch the game.

Via SI’sJimmy Traina:

The man called 911 to report someone had stolen his remote control from his residence in the 9300 block of West Howard Avenue prior to 8 p.m. Sept. 26.

The remote control was found after police responded, so the man was able to watch the Brewers game.

And to think, September 26th was just a regular season game. Had he misplaced the remote during a playoff game, well then, light up that bat signal he has sitting in his backyard.

By the way, the Brewers lost that game to the Pirates, 9-8. A loss that he more than likely did not see after falling asleep at 8pm.
