So, I’m out of shape. Like out of shape to the point where I cant walk more than twenty minutes without feeling winded. Now, 90% of that has to do with a recent medical problem, but I’ll admit, I’ve become a bit lazy in regards to working out.

And yesterday I almost passed out doing Super Hula Hoop on the Wii Fit. That might be a new low, not only for me, but for mankind.
