Announcer screams “NO SIREE, NO SIREE” as home team wins game on 4th down
A. Isaac We would like to induct this public address announcer into the Homer Hall of Fame after this emphatic, “no siree!” call during a Georgia high school game last Friday.
The hometown Veterans Warhawks went on to defeat the West Laurens Raiders 37-31 to run their record to an impressive 3-6. So yea, not like that 4th down stop led the team to a playoff berth or anything. But hey, they’re kids, so hooray for them.
