Baylor’s Brittney Griner does not punch like a girl

A part of me has always secretly wished for a women’s basket-brawl. Not one where punches are being landed, but more so the wrestling, pulling of hair, and maybe even throw in some unintentional breast grabbing.

I can almost guarantee that if those things were a regular occurrence, the WNBA wouldn’t have the financial struggles they do today.

Brittney Griner however, well I don’t want her anywhere near a fight. She throws haymakers like she actually means business. I’ve seen NBA players throw punches with less ferocity than Griner.

Safe to say, this would constitute the best punch ever thrown in the Knicks/Heat soirees of the mid 90s.

As for Jordan Barncastle, the woman receiving the punch, she seems to be ok but her coach said in a press conference afterward that she might miss the rest of the season?

Huh?

Chick was laughing on the bench after she took that Ali hook. Who cares if she broke her nose? Strap on one of those Bill Laimbeer face masks, throw on some shorts, and get your ass back in the game.
