Brandon Jacobs throws his helmet into the stands

The New York Giants not only lost a game last night, they have may lost Brandon Jacobs as well. An angry Jacobs mistakenly threw his helmet into the stands after attempting to slam it in the wall behind the visitors bench.

The helmet was claimed by a man in a Colts jersey. And as you’ll see from the video, he was a bit reluctant in letting it go.

Though Jacobs later apologized for the toss, he has now asked the Giants to trade him. The experiment for him as a backup did not last long.

And considering his temper and his butting of heads with coach Tom Coughlin, the Giants will be more than happy to part ways with him
