nik pace Braylon Edwards baby mama wants 70k in child support

Braylon Edwards may not have the greatest hands but as a receiver, he’s always been elusive. So when it came time for Edwards to face up to his responsibilities as a father, he went running

All the way to Georgia in fact where the child support laws are much more lenient.

Gang Green’s latest acquisition filed right away in Georgia to be legally recognized as the father, according to Page Six – a move Pace’s lawyer claimed was engineered so he would pay less child support. Georgia courts tend to be more miserly with child support payments than those in New York. So Pace had the case moved to the Big Apple.

We had the case dismissed in Georgia and moved [it] to New York because this is where Nik lives,” attorney Raoul Felder told Page Six. “We served Braylon in the past week. He can run, but he can’t hide.”

I’m unaware of how our justice system works with regards to child support but to me, 70,000 a month seems just a bit excessive. That comes to 840 grand a year for the math rejects out there. So uh, unless this kid is dropping a deuce every 5 minutes and replacing it with diamond encrusted diapers, that figure is outrageous.

As for Braylon who is a free agent next season, I’d advise him to start hanging on to the ball a little more both figuratively and literally. Because if the courts rule in Nik Pace’s favor, his nuts will almost certainly be in a vice.
