Cheerleaders make London Mayor’s Johnson uncomfortable

In yet another lame attempt to promote the “worldwide sport” of American football, the 49ers and the Broncos are playing at Wembley Stadium in London Sunday. Let’s ignore for a moment the stupidity of sending two west coast teams all the way across the Atlantic and instead focus on the Niners cheerleaders who met with London Mayor Boris Johnson.

Why they were meeting Johnson is beyond me but he appears to be enjoying the moment, albeit, rather awkwardly.

Of course, the London tabloids are already poking fun at the mayor’s wandering eyes.

“Straight home Boris and don’t even think about a touch down” was the headline for the Daily Mail. Personally, I would have gone with something like “Cheerleaders make London Mayor’s Johnson uncomfortable”, but then again, I’ve been classified as a slightly perverted fellow.
