Chris Johnson finally got paid
Chris Johnson has finally agreed to terms with the Tennessee Titans. The $53.5 million dollar extension includes $30 million guaranteed. Despite Johnson’s active Twitter account, he has yet to comment on the signing. That might be because he had somewhat of a meltdown yesterday telling “fake fans” to STFU.
Can these fake Titan fans STFU on my timeline I don’t have a regular job so don’t compare me to you and I can care less if uthink I’m greedy
He later backed off the harsh words saying he was only talking to people who wrote him racist comments.
My titan fans taking it all wrong I’m talking to the ones writing me racist Comments. I’m not call the Titan fans fake at all. #LUV
Johnson’s Twitter ramblings aside, he now has 10 days to get himself in game shape for next Sunday’s opener against Jacksonville. All in all, I’d say this worked out well for the running back. He got to skip the grueling two-a-days of training camp and didn’t have to play any of those useless preseason games. And oh yea, he got paid a handsome amount.
