bengalscheerleader Cincinnati Bengals cheerleader sues website for defamation

A few weeks back, TheDirty.com had this rather unsavory post about a Bengals cheerleader they called Sarah J.

THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, here we have Sarah J, captain cheerleader of the playoff bound cinci bengals.. Most ppl see Sarah has a gorgeous cheerleader AND highschool teacher.. yes she’s also a teacher.. but what most of you don’t know is.. Her ex Nate.. cheated on her with over 50 girls in 4 yrs.. in that time he tested positive for Chlamydia Infection and Gonorrhea.. so im sure Sarah also has both.. whats worse is he brags about doing sarah in the gym.. football field.. her class room at the school she teaches at DIXIE Heights.

Well, that post landed the website in hot water as the cheerleader, who is also a teacher is suing for defamation, libel, false light and emotional distress.

I’m not a legal expert or anything but I’m pretty sure publicizing that someone has a STD on the Web probably isn’t kosher.

Neither is saying that the girl also slept with the entire football team

…this is Sara J, Cincinnati Bengal Cheerleader. She’s been spotted around town lately with the infamous Shayne Graham. She has also slept with every other Bengal Football player. This girl is a teacher too!!

This isn’t the first time the website has been in the news before. Last year, they apparently broke a story about Kobe Bryant dating Vanessa Curry, one of the Lakers cheerleaders. After some legal wrangling and a cease and desist letter, the website never revealed the incriminating pictures of Kobe with Vanessa. There was a strong rumors amongst bloggers that there were never any pictures to begin with and that the sources weren’t as rock solid as author Nik Richie had initially stated.

Either way, the site relishes the attention it receives for stories like this and often pushes the envelope for that sole purpose.

But this time, this time they might have to pay up.
