Crazy man wants restraining order from President Obama, Tim Tebow and Jesus

A Florida man named John Gilliand has asked a local court for a restraining order from Barack Obama, Tim Tebow and Jesus Christ. From the sounds of it, it seems like Gilliand is a non-Christian, card-carrying Republican who graduated from Florida State.
“I was trespassed from the Kangaroo Gas Station on University for saying T-Bo sucks,” Gilliand wrote in the petition for injunction for protection against repeat violence against Tebow. “I personally hate any type of exercise although I feel Billy Blanks has a wonderful video.”
Both Tebow and Obama denied comment, but Jesus himself weighed in on the matter from the pearly gates.
“John, I will grant you a restraining order from me. Therefore, you are hereby banished to hell where you’ll be several thousands of miles from me. Is that a sufficient enough distance?”
