Gabriella Pasqualotto Cricket cheerleader fired for blogging about players naughty behavior

An IPL cheerleader was kicked off the team last week after officials found out she was blogging about cricketers and their post-match party ways. Gabriella Pasqualotto, 22, was keeping an online diary of sorts on a site called Alternative Cricket (site has either since gone down or is experiencing an overwhelming amount of traffic). She also has a Twitter account (@iplgirl) and has been incessantly tweeting about her mistreatment the last 24 hours or so.

Specifically at issue is Pasqualotto giving details of cricketers sex lives referring to them as “loose and mischievous”.

Just a few examples from her blog:

The men see your face, then your boobs, then your butt, then your boobs again!

Ol Graeme Smith will flirt with anything while his girlfriend walks behind him. The Aussies are naughty, a certain someone played kissing catches with three girls known to me and had a girlfriend back home. He told them: ‘Come back to my room, I want to cuddle!’

The Aussies are fun but naughty, such as Aiden Blizzard and Dan Christian

Can’t say I’m exactly surprised by her booting. I’d wager a good amount of money that she was probably asked to sign some kind of agreement or at the very least told to keep certain things discreet. Not necessarily saying IPL officials are right in their actions, but I’d be shocked if they faced any kind of legal ramification.

As for Gabriella Pasqualotto, she seems somewhat oblivious to the harm she caused certain players.

My intentions were not to be malicious or pin point players behaviour. This should have not become such a scene. Its simply silly !

Uh honey, that’s exactly what you did. You might have every right to practice free speech but don’t pretend that it didn’t hurt people.
