The NBA free agency bonanza has just started and the first blatantly idiotic move has already been made. Darko Milicic, considered one of the biggest busts of all-time and a man who was ready to leave for Europe was given 16 million dollars in guaranteed money by the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Just to give you an idea of how ludicrous this decision is, consider the following.

-Milicic started 18 games last year and only played in 32 despite being completely healthy
-His best season came 4 years ago when he averaged a whopping 8 pts, 5 rebs, and 1.5 blks
-He’s the worst player to ever put on a Pistons jersey and that includes Fennis Dembo and Chuck Nevitt

Ok fine, that last one contains my entirely biased opinion of having watched him play 96 games in my hometown. Whatever he MAY have in skill (and again that’s questionable) is completely negated by his laziness and overall ability to be the Serbian version of Pillsbury Doughboy.

Also, he kinda has a foul mouth.
