Darko Milicic to play in Europe next year

For years, I watched Darko Milicic toil on the Pistons bench. For years, I watched him sulk as he entered the game in garbage time. For years, I watched him play with no heart.
I knew that he’d never make it in the NBA.
And now, 6 years later, he realizes it too.
“Whatever happens, I’m going back next year,” the 7-foot-1 Milicic said after yesterday’s Knicks practice at Moody Bible Institute. “It’s 100-percent certain. I have to be real and not lie. I’m not going to get it done in the NBA. I’m not going to get another opportunity and there’s nothing wrong with going back to Europe. I don’t want to create a bad atmosphere here, but it’s not working in the NBA.”
Its at this time that I would like to again thank Chad Ford for touting Darko as the greatest European center of all-time. I’d also like to thank his butt buddy Joe Dumars for being gullible enough to believe him.
Instead of watching what would have been the greatest run in NBA history, I’m left watching the Pistons run out Kwame Brown, Chris Wilcox and a poo poo platter of big men on a nightly basis.
Well done fellas, well done.
As for you Darko, I hope you fail miserably in the Euro league. Oh, and I’d avoid those post game interviews if I were you. You can only get away with talking about the refs mom once before they start to get really angry.
